“Child Declared Dead 10 Years Ago Reappears Alive in Geita – Family Struggles to Believe Their Eyes!”

In an extraordinary and shocking incident in the village of Nyalubanga, Lwezela Ward, Geita District, residents have found themselves in a state of astonishment and confusion after a child reportedly declared dead ten years ago was found alive.

The child, known as Mashaka Kasim, was said to have died in 2015 at the age of one year and four months due to what was claimed to be a severe fever. After his death, he was buried near the family's home, and life continued as normal for Mzee Kasim's family.
However, the situation changed suddenly on July 10, 2025, when the family and neighbors clearly saw the child appearing outside their house—in the very same area where he is said to have been buried ten years earlier. The event left the entire community stunned and prompted serious questions about what really happened.

The Village Executive Officer of Nyalubanga, Ms. Bahati Fungameza, has confirmed the incident and explained that since the child died while still very young, it is difficult for the family and residents to quickly confirm whether it is truly him. Therefore, authorities have collected blood samples for professional testing to conduct a thorough investigation and determine if this is indeed the child of Mzee Kasim's family.
Currently, the incident has sparked mixed emotions among the villagers. Some attribute the situation to matters of witchcraft or superstitious beliefs, while others emphasize the importance of waiting for official expert results before drawing any conclusions. Is it possible for someone who died ten years ago to return alive?
We await answers from health experts and relevant authorities to uncover the truth behind this unusual event.
